Why Change from a Class to a Group Coaching Format?

Having taught this class previously, I’ve realized that exploring fear is a deeply personal process. Coming face to face with your inner fears is an experiential process that needs a safe space, a container that supports your growth and encourages you to explore parts of yourself previously hidden.

It dawned on me that my original idea wasn’t a class anymore – but more of a supportive coaching program. So, why not set it up that way?

What Does This Program Look Like?

Program Format – We’ll meet for five sessions, two hours/meeting, every two weeks over the 10-week semester.

Mixed Learning Lab Format – our meetings will consist of learning the nuances of the 20 fear gates, the three awareness centers where they’re located, and how the fears express themselves in your Design. You will also spend lots of time understanding your specific fear code configuration and how to resolve those fears based on your Design.

The goal is to help deepen your ability to keynote fear simply and clearly.

Keynoting Fear

Centers, Circuits & Fear Gates/Channels – these three aspects of your Design provide a formula for understanding how fear expresses itself in your life. Once you see that formula, you’ll learn to name and notice your fears during your everyday life.

Keynoting Fear is a Mutative Process – being able to name and notice your fears will change you! One hidden dynamic of fear is that it always wants to pull you back into the safety of your comfort zone. It resists change. But that’s now what life is about – we are designed to heal, grow and evolve. Fear is the thing that holds us back.

Where Does the Coaching Part Come In?

A part of the program is choosing a goal to work towards. That goal should be something that you’re striving for, but you need support and knowledge to reach that goal.

Examples:

  • To launch my Human Design/BG5 practice.
  • To create a website.
  • To find my ideal partner
  • To be a better writer and start regularly posting online

Supporting Your Classmates – the normal teaching-student relationship is an amazing one. But for our purposes, it would be even more helpful also to have the support of your fellow group mates. We’ll be able to do this both during our sessions and during the time between sessions.

Can I still do this program if I can only do the downloads?

Yes, and I would ask for your agreement that you will be active in the forums and not approach this simply as learning information.   Please come prepared to share your learnings and progress and support others as they share theirs.

You may find yourself learning and growing in new ways. Never forget, on the other side of fear lies your true authentic self. It takes work to let that part of you shine consistently. This program will support you in achieving that goal!
