Ra Uru Hu

I feel for the children. It is what the knowledge always brings me to, particularly when I look at things from this kind of perspective. It is so obvious to me how this billion plus population of 2s what they’re going through. Half of them are depressed about their physical potential in this life and the other half are depressed about their Personality potential, their psychological potential. All those calls that fail lead them to believe that it’s them. It’s the not-self world after all; it’s the not-self mind. It’s the not-self mind punishing them because they didn’t fulfill somebody else’s projection. It’s brutal.

With the 5, it’s the other way. The outside punishes them for not filling themselves. In the 2, they punish themselves. It’s an internal process. The not-self 2 punishes itself for not being able to fulfill the projection of others—“why couldn’t I do that?” And, they become very desperate. They also get to a place where they shut themselves off completely. They shut themselves off completely, which is what they are very capable of.

And there is only finally a crack left in their armor, that Achilles’ place, that one place, that one thing, that one whatever it may be, that is able to transform the closed into the open, is able to bring out the deep potential of this being. And at the same time, as long as the crack is there, as long as there is a touch of that potential that is there, then they are inherently one with the river when they’re correct and that even though it’s a little crack that can be pierced by precisely the right call, whatever that call may be.

In 1992, as Ra Uru Hu began training the first students of The Human Design System, the International Human Design School was founded, and after many years of experiments, experiences and evolution, the IHDS represents a landmark in Human Design Education. The IHDS operates as part of the parent organization, Jovian Archive, Inc., and is responsible for setting and maintaining educational standards and materials for Human Design worldwide, and is the official certifying agency and record keeper for Human Design Professionals.
