Ra’s Words of Wisdom
Don’t leave a lover until you have another lover. Don’t leave a job until you have another job. Don’t leave your flat until you have another flat. These are the basic rules of what it is to be an opportunist. What’s so interesting about it is that there is a disproportionate punishment for the opportunist that is incorrect. I normally would never point a finger like that, because it creates a false impression, but in fact, if you look at those 4th lines you will see. These themes of the burnout, the fatigue and exhaustion, these themes are there.
And it’s so easy for them to really crash, to lose that foundation, that security that is there for them. It’s why people, and their ability to discern who is correct, is one of the most important things about Strategy and Authority. It’s not simply that through that you make decisions in your life, but those decisions that you make in your life include the most important decisions you make, and most of those most important decisions you make are about people. We’re not here to be alone. We are driven by the genetic imperative. Even when we are correct we resonate to others because it’s our nature.
The fulfillment of our Personality consciousnesses is our ability to communicate outer authority and not in a vacuum, but to others. We are by our very nature gregarious. We are social beings, we are a social species. And of course this is where the life is determined and not just for the 4, obviously, but for all of us. It’s one of the most important things to understand about decision making. And it’s not about making a decision to your Strategy and Authority when it comes to a job opportunity or something and using your mind and your not-self to decide whether you want to have this person or that person in your life; boy is that a disaster.
