Gate 53, The Gate of Beginnings
July 7 - July 12
WHEN WILL YOU BEGIN THAT LONG JOURNEY INTO YOURSELF? ~ Rumi
Are you ready to begin a new experience?
As the Sun moves into the Gate of Beginnings a potential pressure to begin something new is upon you. It brings a fuel to begin a new experience.
This brilliant cyclical energy comes with an imperative to complete what you begin. And, if you don’t bring the experience to its natural conclusion, you may meet a similar situation again in another form. (Or, “Why does this keep happening to me?”)
So, this transit can be an opportunity to be aware of how and why you commit to certain types of ‘new beginnings.’ Will you ask yourself if it’s truly correct for you – or not? Are you following your own inner knowing, or is it for some other reason you think you should?
I have a deep and personal connection to this gate’s energy. This gate is my Personality Earth activation which means my light is grounded into form with a pressure to begin something new. A pressure to begin a cyclical period of beginnings, middles and endings. I’m always at the ready to say YES to a new experience. However, it’s not always correct for me to do so.
And, other parts of my Design give me a constant and reliable genetic imperative to finish what I start. It’s so very important that my decisions about what new experiences I begin are the right ones for me.
Otherwise, I can be overwhelmed with commitments and not able to finish all of them. It’s been a dilemma for much of my life – overcommitment, burnout and frustration come from saying yes to everything! I might say yes to prove that I’m capable or to appease someone and not make waves. I’ve said yes for so many reasons that often had nothing to do with what I really want and contributed little to what my potential for this beautiful gift of a life I’ve been given.
Until I began that long journey into knowing myself, and uncovering the truth of who I am … I didn’t have a reliable way to know how to make decisions that were correct for me.
I believe that deep inside each of us is a knowledge that can guide our dreams. It holds the secret of who you can grow to become and allow your highest purpose to unfold before you.
This knowing is sacred to your individual genetic blueprint.
So, do you look to the outer world to nourish you? Rather than looking to the outer world for your answers, will you pull from the core of your true potential and permeate your being-ness into the world.
Will you be who you are and say to the world, “This is who I am.”
There are always fears and challenges to be found if you search for them. Instead, try waking up to each and every moment, grounded in the knowledge that you’re living from the inside out.
By honoring who you are, life celebrates your arrival.
“The beginning is the most important part of the work.” ~ Plato
