Ra’s Words of Wisdom

Ra Uru Hu

Think about us. We spend a third of our lives, approximately, asleep. They don’t really know why. It’s not like there’s any absolute about the nature of sleep. It seems to be something that is built into nature. There are different forms that sleep. And yet, at the same time, science really doesn’t have an explanation. Sleep is essential to the program. And the first thing to grasp about the nature of sleeping is that the dream and the dreamer, that what they experience is never personal. It is the work of the program.

I’ll explain the personal part as we go along, because I think it’s the most difficult thing to grasp. There you are caught in what you’ll understand in detail, what they refer to as the astral plane, and some demon jumps up on your back and begins to demand something of you. You’re terrified, you wake up, you’re looking somewhere in your life for a reason—lie down on my couch and tell me about your dreams and I’ll tell you about your problems. This is not what this information is about. As a matter of fact, if I ever get to a point that I truly begin to work analytically with this information, it‟s a decoding of the program.

What happens to us when we go to sleep? We change. That is, the crystals, our Personality crystal, our Design crystal, change their receptive trajectory. We become, sort of, because you can only take this analogy so far, we become sort of mammalian. But we don’t. In my work in the analysis of mammalian Design there are very sophisticated, very clear gate names, keynotes, whatever. They are not the same as they are, obviously, for what it is to be a sleeping human.

But there is something to grasp. And the thing to grasp is that sleep for us is two things. The first thing is that it is a way for us to be impersonally programmed. Your Personality is not involved. It’s been reduced to the mammalian level of competence. Think about it in a way, the way your rudimentary Personality functions on the dream plane is similar to what’s going on in your sleeping dog or cat or whatever. One has to be very careful about not personalizing this phenomenon of the dream state, but it is information. And it is unique information. And it is information that can be translated; but not in the way that you could imagine. But anyway, let’s continue our little journey here.
