In the OC16 Level 1 course, we learn the mechanics of the WA. We learn to eliminate tensions in large businesses and organizations.

1. Understanding the Hierarchical Structure
When we take a look at nature, we see hierarchy. When we take a look at humanity, it becomes even more obvious. In any large business (with more than 9 people), there is an alpha, a leader.
Yet simply knowing who the leader is, does not suffice. We need to understand how the group, or organization works, its structure its dynamics. We need to understand the flow of lines of communications flow in a large group.
The knowledge in OC16 offers an edge to any business that we work with by helping the organization align with its natural structure.
Once we apply the lines of communication, we can begin to unravel the tensions in the organizations.
2. Unraveling Tensions & Politics
Top management holds responsibility, power, and influence, but that is not enough. They also need to understand the tensions. They need to understand where people fit, and how the puzzle is put together.
Yet when we look at any large business, we see tensions, we see people fighting, either externally, or internally. As an OC16 consultant, we learn the mechanics of the WA, of the trans-auric field, and you will be able to help any business, or organization, to unravel tensions and politics.
