What is OC16?

Are you ready to dive deeper into fascinating world of the WA?

As a certified Human Design analyst, we learn to understand the individual, and how two individuals interact. As BG5 consultants we learn to work with the Trans-auric field of the Penta, which involves 3-5 people.

In the OC16 Level 1 course, we learn the mechanics of the WA, which involve the organizing channels of 10-16 people. We learn to eliminate tensions in large businesses and organizations. This is a valuable skill that business consultants can capitalize on by bringing practical solutions to their clients.

The benefits of becoming an OC16 consultant are not always obvious, so let’s look at a few of  OC16 Level 1 topics:

Understanding the Hierarchical Structure

When we take a look at nature, we see hierarchy. When we take a look at humanity, it becomes even more obvious that there is no end to hierarchical structures. In any large business (with more than 9 people), there is an alpha, a leader.

Yet simply knowing who the leader is and training them to be the best leader they can be by design does not suffice in assisting our large-business clients. We need to understand how the group, or organization works, its structure its dynamics. We need to understand the flow of lines of communications flow in a large group.
