Now, there’s something to grasp about this.  Any of you that are interested in this or are turned on by this or whatever the case may be, you can never do anything outside your Strategy and Authority.  This is not a diet.  It is not something that you just play with.  It is not something that you just try.  It is like everything else associated with Human Design, it’s a way of life.  You have to be ready for it.

Not only do you have to be ready for it, but you have to enter into it correctly.  This is the only thing that matters in everything that you do in this life.  It’s what Strategy and Authority gives you.  It gives you that potential to have your own authority about when it’s correct for you to do this.

I know many beings in Human Design who have known about PHS from the beginning who did not immediately enter into that process.  And it was correct for them because their Strategy and Authority was there to guide them and said “No, not now.”  Regardless of how that worked out, that was “No, not now.”

And ultimately, and I’ve watched so many of them, the time comes when it is correct for them.  And the moment that it’s correct for you, this is the moment to take the next step in your process, because the reality is, without your dietary regimen you can never get beyond the advantages of Strategy and Authority.  The advantage of Strategy and Authority is it aligns you to what is your own authority in the way in which you navigate on this plane.
